Digital Emotions

“Digital Emotions” was a training course held in Pakozd, Hungary. Participants from 9 different countries took part including 3 participants from Cyprus. We all got the opportunity to share our experiences of online addiction during lockdowns and learn ways of spending our free time more creatively away from screens. The venue was located in a village near Budapest literally in the middle of the forest which was a great chance for us to reconnect with nature and take long walks during sunrise! All the participants were very into the project and shared great ideas which we took home with us and applied in our professional environments. What was dominant throughout the whole project was the positive vibe of all the participants which facilitated our learning even more! Thank you PlanBe, Plan it Be it for another great opportunity!
