We want to implement the “Live, not only survive” project for several key reasons, focused on the needs of young people and our goals. We see that young people often struggle with challenges in maintaining work-life balance. In our work with young people, we see that this can lead to stress, burnout and health problems. Our goal is to provide them with tools and strategies to help them achieve a healthier work-life balance. We want young people to have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and practical skills in an engaging and inspiring way.

Through experiences, workshops, discussions and intercultural interactions, young people will have the opportunity to develop not only theoretically, but also practically. Our project will promote healthy habits and approach to life. We want young people to be aware of the need to take care of their mental and physical health, and to be aware that there are various strategies for dealing with stress and overload.
Participants taking part will be people from our organizations aged 18 to 26 who are studying or working professionally. Interested in study/work-life balance. Those who want to learn more about time and stress management and the entire concept of work-life balance. As a result, we expect that the “Live, not only survive” project will contribute to increasing the competences of participants, strengthening partner organizations and promoting a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance in local communities. The project will have a long- lasting impact on all involved and will contribute to improving the quality of life of young people.
