This project is focusing a lot in intergenerational dialogue, so please, take into consideration that information for the selection process.
The following aspects are valued in the selection process:
1. Motivation
2. Interest in the project topic and willingness to perform assigned tasks
3. General awareness, readiness to live far away from their home and family
4. Willingness to learn new things, skills and meet new people
5. Creativity in performing activities and to run their own project
6. Open-minded attitude and responsibility.
7. interest in working with various target groups and is open to different cultures,
8. readiness to work in a team and to share the daily life with people from different backgrounds,
9. has good oral and written communication skill in English;
