The stage was at Limassol waiting for 24 different people from Portugal, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Hungary and Cyprus to be taken by them. One week full of memories, discussions, smiley faces, thoughtful faces, some disagreements and some more discussions! The main goal of the project it was to foreground and emphasize on the need for more competent young leaders and facilitator in civil society who will be willing and able to organize and monitor educational activities for youth based on the values of the European Union and the council of Europe. The goal became perfectly achievable thru NFE and NFL and their methods which are useful for an alternative but still interesting way to learn. Sessions are always good but not enough. There was also a study visit combined with a free day, in the ancient amphitheater” Kourion” nearby Limassol where participants had the opportunity to take the stage and make it theirs. Of course when you are in an island always you can steal some time to go the beach and relax! As in every project you can feel the success and be proud when you see friendships growing up, discussions about the topic outside of the training room, people who don’t want to go for a break but just to continue discussing. Words are never enough to describe everything but at the end when you see everybody“on the stage”describes everything.
