“ TC Culinary” 1-8 September 2016, in Alicante, Spain. This Erasmus + Training course was about four areas: Food intolerances and nutrition, Eating Disorder, Healthy life style, Critical and Sustainable Consumption. Brought together people from 11 different countries, Cyprus, Greece , Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Portugal, Estonia, Sweden, Czech Republic.
The project structures non- formal education and the result of the project is to work in the field of youth with greater understanding, competencies, tools, skills and responsiveness on issues of intolerance and types of Food, nutrition , Eating disorder ,critic and sustainable consumption, lifestyle. Through this Training we develop new skills, good practices in partner countries, activities that can be used of education and prevention work of young people on the project theme. In addition the project has goal to bring together people who are interested about Health and create together new methods that can use it in a daily life.
This Training course offered me the opportunity to be interested and motivated to learn more further to indicated deeper and be more creative to organized activities to change the daily life style to other people.
