Czech Republic Act It Out 30 April 2015
Act It Out was an 8 day training course which took place in Stradonice in Czech Republic. We were 23 participants from Spain, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Turkey, Portugal, Romania, Germany, Italy and Slovenia and Cyprus, with all of us having some background in the youth work. The topic of the training course was how to to work with sociopathological phenomena’s, emphasizing in the theatrical approach. We experienced various methods and practised on how to modify them in order to make them suitable for our local environment. The program consisted of a lot of energizers, theatrical performances, goal-orientated games, interactive workshops, exchange of good practises, networking and international projects. We had the opportunity to visit the nearby town Beroun and watch a local theatre carried out by young amateur actors which came from disadvantaged backgrounds with parental negligence. We also visited the famous Krivoklat castle which offered as magnificent view and an amazing landscape for photos!
