Erasmus + Youth Exchange “Breaking news! Breaking inactivity, developing youth!” in Ustron Poland 11/12/2015 – 20/12/2015

‘’Breaking news! Breaking inactivity, developing youth ‘’it was a youth exchange specially designed for young people to encourage them for developing their personal and professional skills and using the creative tools in youth work.
This project is about cultural and professional development of experience, not only for participants, but also between them and youth from local community.
The main concept of the exchange it was that we create a magazine- brochure during the process on the topic and ‘’Inform the local community about the Erasmus plus’’, and we explain what we do these days in Ustron. After the finishing of the brochure we went to the main square and share it with people.
Also we improve our skills hot to use the social network better to help us in our jobs or college.
Because Youth Exchange is based on learning-by-doing experience, built on workshops, info sessions, games, evaluations, practical assignments, group activities gave us the opportunity to meet each member of the team better.
During the main activity we have an opportunity to discover our self’s , develop our personal and professional skills by working alone and in groups to foster creation of in our own projects.
Also the intercultural nights give us the opportunity to know new thinks about the countries of the other participants and get closer in their cultures.
As a person this Youth Exchange help me to improve my communication skills and I learn some new things that they helped me improve my job . Also I meet new people and get connected in a different way because we are stay and working together for ten days.
