“Creativity has (no) Rules” is a youth exchange under the Erasmus + program. It is organized by Kaunas Cultural center of Various Nations during the period of 19/09/2016- 27/09/2016 involving 37 young people from Cyprus, France, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania.
The aim of this project was to provide young artists with some management skills and to help young managers become more creative.
The objective of the project is to help artists and managers to sell art works and make a living from activities they see themselves in.
During this project we had the opportunity to discuss about the problems that young artists and managers face in each country.
Projects activities have included debates, working groups, simulations, presentations, evaluation sessions, performance and…energized exercises
In additional a site visit to Vilnius theater, galleries, contemporary art gallery…. young successful people talked to us about their experience in the world of art or art management.
At the final event we worked in intercultural groups and created an art event in the city of Kaunas.
Live performance: graffiti, dancing, singing, acting, playing instruments, origami designs!
The audience had the opportunity to participate with us, discussed with us and take a zine as a gift from us. (zine full of photographs, thoughts and poems that we create )
This program offered us the opportunity to improve our skills! We met people and we came back home with motivation to rich our goals…. but the most important we had Fun, we Enjoyed each moment, we build friendships!!!
