I SEE.I BELIEVE.PROMOTE YOURSELF TO GET A JOB was a youth exchange program in Busteni – Romani from 3/12 – 12/12/2015 with 45 participants from 8 organizations from 8 countries (Romania, Croatia, Cyprus, Italy, Latvia, Slovakia, Poland and Bolgaria). The activities took place in a time when youth unemployment grows very much , jobs are very hard to find and the school curricula does not exactly match the labour market request and youngsters find difficulties in creating the folder with documents required for employment.
The aim of the project was to increase employability of youngsters from Europe and to reduce unemployment by offering of new and modern instruments ,efficient and attractive of personal and professional promotion.
The objectives include:
– increase competences of understanding, creating and editing documents and materials needed for getting a job,
– increase awareness of the importance of key competences and recognition certificates for access to the labour market and correlation of competences with labour market requirements
– promoting non-formal education methods as tools for preparation of documents required to get a job or a place in a project
– offering for 45 youngsters from 8 countries a common space to reflect on volunteering, active participation and cultural diversity
-expanding cooperation between youngsters from Europe and their organizations and enlarge exchange of experience for combating unemployment

Overall the project was very informative especially for people with no job searching experience or any experience in the labour market. Especially helpful was the creation of a promotional video for an individual, a company or a product. It gave confidence to people who have no experience in promoting themselves and knowledge on how to think if you wish to promote yourself to a business or a specific client.
