“Erasmus+:Youth in Action” supported by the European Commission.
This Training Course took place in Belgrade, Serbia from the 11th of November until the 18th of 2015.
There were participants from 10 different countries: Serbia, Italy, Spain, Romania, Albania, Bulgaria, Portugal, Turkey, Croatia and Cyprus.
The aims of the project were to teach the participants about coaching and its techniques when working with people with fewer opportunities; Also, to teach how to build personal capacities when encountering problems and obstacles in the various challenges in their everyday life, and how to support other young people by coaching them when they are facing changes and setting personal goals.
