Taking part in the “Let’s make the house alive” project was an amazing experience.
Idrija, where the project took place, is a very nice and quiet town with many things to see, from lakes and mountains to mercury mines. I met a lot of nice and interesting people from all around the world during the project and together we created some amazing works such as tables, benches and even a bar, using palate wood and up-cycled materials.
The organizers were super nice and helpful and helped us take full advantage of our free time thus giving us a chance to experience the local cuisine and culture to the fullest. It was an amazing experience and I wish I could stay longer!
