The “TeamUP!” project, the experience was genuinely transformative. The setting, transitioning from the serene countryside of Gouvy to the bustling energy of Antwerp, provided a diverse backdrop for our activities. The core of the training which was developing and facilitating educational game, was both challenging and rewarding, pushing me to think creatively while collaborating closely with fellow youth workers. The unique approach of integrating practical learning with community living, such as shared cooking duties, enriched the experience, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual growth. This project wasn’t just about acquiring new skills; it was about forming lasting connections and understanding the power of teamwork and education in new, profound ways.
