Just returned from an amazing week in Poronin, Poland, where I had the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ youth exchange, “With Healthy Lifestyle for Inclusion.” 🌍💚
What a program, the people, the place, the location… Everything was so aligned that created the perfect environment for this project to take place. Workshops starting from the icebreakers, continuing with many games and physical activities, followed by the traditional dances, the workshops about healthy habits and other alternative lifestyle habits, ending with some identity workshop and a closing appreciation activity was the perfect combination to create such a bond into the group. Additionally the extra activities to Zakopane hike and the thermal baths were extraordinarily. So grateful for the opportunities, the memories and the conversation i had with those people!

This past week, I had the privilege of attending an incredible Youth Exchange organized by Plan Be. The people I met during the project played a huge role in making this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in any Erasmus mobility program. Over the course of this week, we discussed healthy lifestyle choices and explored various ways to improve our daily habits. Through a variety of fun and engaging activities, we learned how to respect our bodies and make more mindful decisions to enhance our overall well-being. This experience not only deepened my understanding of health but also left me feeling inspired to implement positive changes in my life moving forward!
