Project Summary:
EmotionART Intelligence 4 YOUth is a mobility of Young people that will take place in Lofou village in Limassol District of Cyprus between 14-20/03/2025. 42 participants from Greece, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland and Cyprus will join the project.
The ‘EmotionART Intelligence 4 YOUth’ project aims to provide young individuals with practical tools and skills to navigate their emotions, empowering them. Through targeted activities and workshops, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their emotional landscape, fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.
The project also aims to enhance participants’ emotional intelligence, integrating emotional intelligence concepts into various art forms. This approach enriches the participants’ artistic abilities and nurtures their emotional intelligence, promoting empathy, effective communication, and interpersonal skills crucial for personal and social development.
Interactive sessions on emotional intelligence will be complemented through artistic workshops. These sessions will explore self-awareness, empathy, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. Practical exercises and discussions will enhance participants’ understanding of emotional intelligence, providing valuable personal and social development tools.
The project will also include cultural exchange activities, allowing participants to share and celebrate their unique backgrounds. Cultural nights and collaborative art projects with cultural themes will promote mutual understanding and respect among the diverse group, fostering a sense of European citizenship.
